Accessibility Arrangements

The internet is the largest repository of freedom of information for all users nowadays, and users with disabilities specifically. As such, we place great importance on providing equal opportunity for people with disabilities to use the information displayed on the website, and on enabling an enhanced browsing experience. We strive to ensure that the digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, and therefore we invested substantial resources in making the use of the site as easy as possible for people with disabilities, in the belief that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity, comfort and independence.

Creating accessibility for this site was executed by the "Accessibility with a Click" web accessibility company.

This website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

The accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (T.O. 5568) for accessibility of online content, at AA level, and the international WCAG2.0 document.

The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the common usage pattern for operating with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.

For the best browsing experience with screen reading software, we recommend using the latest NVDA software.

How Does the Website Accessibility Work?

There is an accessibility menu on the homepage. Clicking on that menu will open the accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic in the menu, wait for the page to load. The software is compatible with all the popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Chrome is recommended for browsing in accessibility mode.

Accessibility Options in the Menu:

Keyboard Navigation — Enable keyboard navigation

Screen Reader — Enable assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS

Block Flickering — Stop moving elements and block flickering

Enlarged Font (four different sizes)

Contrast adjustments — change the color contrast of the site, making it accessible for color blind users
