TMIR Packaging Recycling Corporation In Israel (CC)
T.M.I.R. Manufacturers Recycling Corporation in Israel Ltd. (Public-Benefit Corporation) ("Tamir"), founded by the Israel Manufacturers Association, was established to ensure that manufacturers and importers of packaged goods and packaging materials fulfil all their obligations under the Regulation of the Processing of Packaging Law, 5771-2011 ("Packaging Law").
Tamir is a public-benefit company operating on a non-profit basis.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection declared Tamir a "recognized body" on December 1st, 2011 and renewed this recognition for another five years on November 30th, 2016.
